Customer Service Representative - Rotating Shifts
Candidates must have minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Call center operates 7 days a week around the clock. Employee schedule will be 5 days a week. Will rotate shifts every 3 months.
Responsibilities include managing customers' accounts with billing issues, refunds, verifications, assist in providing quotes and placing orders via telephone, email and live chat. Will combine technical training to resolve customers needs, sales background helpful as you will be offering products for sale .
Must have excellent internet skills, friendly phone etiquette and able to type 35wpm. Will train for two weeks from 8AM - 5PM and then be given a work schedule.
Required to pass a Criminal background check and Drug test. High School Diploma or GED required.
Great benefits after going perm and on there payroll for 90 days! Pay $10.00 P/hr.
